Great few days on Islay, based at this hotel, with a brilliant restaurant, nice rooms, a great veiw and a jacuzzi in one room. The staff were friendly and covid safe. Attention to detail, and close to the distilleries

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights my partner had business to attend to. Staff were very friendly but the room was definitely not worth £220 it was tiny and above the kitchen and we heard everything from the kitchen but to be fair we got moved not a problem but still cannot justify the price and we travel alot to 5star luxury this was a ridiculous price. We dined in the restaurant again staff great fish greasy got takeaway the next night was lovely. breakfast was absolutely lovely staff great again we were told we were getting a pre packed breakfast in the morning as we were getting ferry at 7am but got nothing no one on reception. There is no tv in lounge considering the euros were on. Couldn't fault the staff but will not be back to this hotel.

Lovely hotel in a great location, with absolutely fabulous staff!!! Hotel is finished off to a lively standard and we even had a jacuzzi bath and a massive shower in our room. Lovely little added extras in the room and bathroom from robes to cotton buds. Really recommend a pampered stay here.. and lastly an amazing sunset out our window!!!

We didn’t stay here, but dined one night. The food was fresh, brilliantly cooked and inspired! The best calamari I have had! Staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient, in terms of Covid safety. I look forward to our next visit to Islay and dining here will most definitely be on the cards.

Went here for something to eat tonight and we weren't disappointed. Everyone one of the staff were outstanding from the moment we entered the place. The food was absolutely fantastic and would highly recommend it it for somewhere to eat. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly well done everyone especially after all you have went through this year.
