We have stayed at the Popinjay a few times and always enjoy it. The pool is very nice, the staff very good, the food of a high standard and we have always had a nice room. It is only about 20 minutes from Glasgow where is loads to do and also on the way to Glasgow you have Strathclyde Country Park and many other place to visit. The Popinjay is an excellent base for this area.
