Beautiful setting, very friendly and welcoming people, spotless toilets, good onsite facilities for children, soft plat, swimming pool, play park and lots of room for them to run around, treasure hunt for children and other activities during season, lots of lovely walk, look forward to spending more time here.

We stayed for 4 nights from 15th to 18th August. Although the park could do with a facelift it was and is non the less a beautiful park. my family and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Stunning park set in the woodland with lots to do. Friendly bar with restaurant on site serving good home made food.
Plenty of room for the kids to play.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Chris and Lana were always on hand to help.
Swimming pool was warm and refreshing.
Beautiful walks around the park with lots of wildlife. We even saw a red squirrel which made our holiday perfect.

I wouldn't know where to start
The unbelievable road in a total riot.nearest shops 20 mile round trip.no staff on site.
Excuse after excuse about restraint not being open was not open all week .
Rude staff who do nothing to welcome you at all.
Pool was absolutely filthy and couldn't use as we're changin rooms sauna out of order looks like it wasn't used in a long time.
This is like something from a carry on film
*********************AVOID AT ALL COSTS************

We went to laggan house for 4 nights didn't know what to expect as we had read some bad reviews but when we got there the views were incredible and the staff were amazing! We were welcomed by a lovely lady she answered all our questions and took us to the caravan instead of just directing us which I thought was a lovely touch the caravan was spotlessly clean all the fixtures and fittings were there to make it a home from home! The park itself was really quiet and relaxing, there's a nice quirky country pub on site with lovely bar staff and isn't too expensive, we booked the swimming pool which you have to yourself it which you also get the key to lock the door behind you you can also use the sauna would definitely stay here again and would reccomend it to anyone!

At first the site were very helpful as was due to go when the snow hit in April and eh changed the date to June!

After seven hour drive, we were glad to get to the site! Staff were helpful and friendly!

The caravan we were in was dirty( I have the photos of cat poo under the sofa bed, a dirty and smelly freezer)

We told the staff and it was shrugged off!

They told us that only eh pool was open as it wasn't holiday season ( in June????? )

I would not recommend this place to stay! I even emailed laggenhouse direct once we got home with photos etc and never had a reply!

This place is stinking....no cctv..no first aided or first aid kit in kitchen..pool is filthy..nothing for kids too do..no security. ..
Had bad experience with neighbours Chris the manager took no notice and did not call police when asked...we had too..
Phone in place dosent work.toilets are always blocked..also reported Chris too police for incident he did too my wife.but as no cctv.nothing could be done.....
It's like a western at weekend in pub swearing.shouting..drinking..which was fine to a point..but some person have threatening vibes.off...so uncomfortable we felt we had too leave....so we have...
Good points.some people were great company. ..you know who you are whaaaheyy.
Hope new family have better experience. ..
If this place dosent work out it's problems it will be shut down due to health and safty..

This was possibly the worst holiday I've ever had. We booked this through Hoseasons thinking that a good name would mean a good holiday. How wrong can you be. On arrival we were told that due to a funeral the restaurant would not open that night, fair enough we can live with that. every night after another lie to keep the place closed. The nearest shop is Scotmid, three miles away on an unlit road, flooded most of the time, very little selection of food and extortionate prices, the pub next door sold food but again is not in walking distance for most. The nearest town with a supermarket for food is a 20 mile round trip and then you get the pleasure of cooking all your own meals, (just like you do at home). I cant believe that a company such as Hosesasons would put their name to a place like this. If you want a holiday, Don't come here...
