Pods are amazing. The hot tub was so good to unwind with amazing views. We stayed the culzean pod, it is so well set out. We received a warm welcome. Stuart & Kyle are both there if you need anything. Waking up with the stunning views and of course the Highland cows made our weekend.
We will definitely be back for another visit.
Pods have a gas bbq and the local takeaways even delivery.

This is a hidden gem of a place. Where to start, great location, great accommodation, fully equipped just pack your clothes and food and you wont ever want to leave, hot tub is amazing, everyday brings a different view. Would 1000% recommend. Stuart and Kyle are outstanding hosts where nothing is too much trouble, even got a tour of the farm and learned so much. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

My husband booked this as a surprise for myself for our honeymoon and I couldn't of wished for anything better. We stayed in the Penkill Pod. It was just stunning, It had everything we needed in it, the owners even left us some goodies as we were newly weds. The views from the pod and hot tub are just simply amazing. We loved sitting in the hot tub when it was raining as it was under cover. It was a lovely treat to wake up open the curtain and be greeted by cows/ highland cows in the field right next to us. Loved the fact there is a BBQ beside the pod as well, we ended up having a BBQ for our dinner one night. Obviously the hubby cooked while I sat in the hot tub drinking bubbly making sure he was doing it right lol. The beds are really comfy as well and we loved that the TV was on a bracket that could turn so we could lie in bed and watch a movie. The service itself was outstanding, nothing was too much for them and they were always happy to help. This is definitely the place for a peaceful break. We will definitely be back!!

We stayed in Penkill pod for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. This was a break away for myself and my partner, just to have a change of scenery and this ticked all of the boxes - peaceful, very well decorated pod with all amenities required, great views, hot tub was fab and easy to operate and in reach of many places to visit and explore. There was also a welcome bottle of prosecco in the fridge which was a lovely surprise. Stuart the owner couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. I thoroughly recommend these pods and hope to return with my wider family for another visit.

The view from the pod is AMAZING.
The whole experience was amazing and Stuart who was like a hero when he came at 10.30pm to pull us out of the mud the car got stuck in due to a wrong turn. He didn't have to do that but he did!

If you've never been then I would highly recommend.

What a lovely, scenic place. Adult only, 3 Pods on a working farm. Friendly hosts. Bottle of Prosecco as a welcome gift. The views are priceless. Hot tub is amazing and clean. It’s covered so rain didn’t stop us enjoying it. Dressing gowns and slippers provided, such a lovely touch. Fridge and small freezer at the top with ice. Kettle and coffee/tea provided. There is a coffee cafetière too. Toaster, microwave and hob. We love to walk so made the 4.5 mile walk to Souter’s Inn for a beautiful lunch then another 4 mile walk to Turnberry. Not much there but a great walk with hardly any cars at all. Lots of up and down hill. You can also get a taxi if needed.
We can’t wait to return, it was just what we were looking for; peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle!

We spent a lovely few days in the Turnberry pod. The location is so peaceful with an mazing view from the deck and hot tub. The pod is well kitted out with everything you need. The weather gods smiled on us but it would also be a cosy retreat in the usual west of Scotland weather. Will definitely return

Had a fantastic 2 night stay with my hubby to celebrate my 40th birthday. Pods are superb and hot tub was even better. The Christmas tree made it that wee bit more magical for us. Area was absolutely stunning even though the rain was horrendous we both still had a fantastic time. Will definitely be back 🥰🎄

Beautifully placed, brilliant view. Utmost privacy for couples but not so much that you can’t greet the cows in the morning. The pod itself was super cosy inside, and it has everything you need to start you off. Staff were fantastic, left you to it very respectfully other than popping in to check the chemical levels of the hot tub. The tub was fantastic too, the view was gorgeous. We had the most perfect time here!

I only leave reviews for places that really deserve it and this place does. A ‘secluded gem’ indeed.

Was easy to find and well sign posted. The owner Stuart and his son Kyle are friendly people, happy to help and accommodate. They don’t bother you and have loads of privacy between the pods. You can’t hear anyone in the other pods and hardly seen them so loads of privacy. No noise at all, just so peaceful. You’d think surrounded by farm animals you’d hear them but you hear very little and don’t hear anything while inside the pod. Has the most beautiful views of green fields, cows & sheep and can see the sea & Ailsa Craig, as well as Ireland on a clear day.

The cabin itself is lovely. Comfy bedding with enough space and fully equipped with everything you need (tea & coffee making faculties, they even provided fresh milk, shampoo, loads of utensils, bbq facilities etc). There was a welcome bottle of Prosecco but that gives us sore heads, was appreciated nonetheless. Fridge with a small freezer at top. We brought ice but there were already filled ice cube trays. There’s a smart tv with usual apps Netflix, Amazon etc. There’s even wifi. They provide a folder with taxi details, takeaways, local info etc. We used both taxis and takeaways and everyone knew where the pods were, with very little wait time.

The hot tub is great, good size. But the best part is they have Highland Cows, big friendly beasts and they let you feed them bread - take a few loafs!

Girvan itself a nice wee town, very peaceful and not a manic seaside town. Beautiful beaches with plenty of space to spread out. Always something on for something to do.

I was there 5 minutes and knew I’d be back. A truly peaceful place to escape the madness of life. See you guys again soon!
