Managed to get a space in the car park but it was very busy. Lunch menu although a variety had too many spicy dishes in it. My friend could not find anything at all to her liking, so we turned to the a la carte menu, which again had a lot of spicy dishes in it. Food served hot and...

This is a long overdue review of Christmas lunch at Highgrove House. We are regular visitors throughout the year and decided to have Christmas lunch there. Our reservation was made well in advance. There are five adults in the family. On arrival our table was not ready. No-one greeted us with a "Merry Christmas" and we were asked to take...

Had a late Sunday lunch at this great looking restaurant. On arrival we were shown to a table and left for 10 minutes . After we were asked about drinks they took another 5min to arrive . On ordering our mains we both opted for the Sunday Roast Sirloin. 2 slices of beef were good but the Yorkshire pudding was...

I had an amazing time at Highgrove House, my first visit and I was blown away with the service, food, attention to detail, and service. I will be delighted to return in the future. If anything g the only thing to ruin the evening was the weather!

The modern look to this beautiful restaurant is a prelude to what is offered to the guest on his plate. There is quality food to be had at a reasonable price. How could one do better with an Early Bird menu at just £13.95 for two courses ? Nowhere to be beaten ! The staff are efficient, professional and polite...

My husband & I were treated to lunch at the Highgrove House Hotel today by our cousin's for our Ruby Wedding. The meal, setting, hotel, views, service, everything about it was wonderful. We were lucky enough to have a table in the conservatory, and the view looking over the coast to Arran was beautiful. Our meal was also excellent. The...

Wonderful views from this faultlessly looked after property. Thankfully the food and service matched my expectations. My first choice location when going out for a meal in Troon. I could eat the Sticky Toffee Pudding every day.

Excellent food , fantastic views, lovely staff and reasonable priced. We have dinned here several times and never been disappointed. Try to get a table at the windows to enjoy the stunning Firth of Clyde and Ayrshire scenery.
