Having been a bit disappointed with the sister restaurant Si we were a bit unsure about trying this one, however it was taken out of our hands as a friend gave us a gift of an overnight stay with dinner and we weren't disappointed, The staff are very welcoming and attentive and the room was a good size and the...

We stayed here for 2 nights last weekend for the mid-term break. The rooms are up to date with lovely soft furnishings as well as a huge, firm bed. The bathroom was stunning. We enjoyed a great meal in the restaurant and breakfast was delicious too.

Every year we have a job comes up in Irvine, and this was my third year of doing it. The first year we stayed in the Menzies Hotel in Irvine - which was very very poor. The second year, we stayed in The Gailes hotel - which was excellent. Due to us having a £110 dinner bill, we were banned...

The place is very nice, modern, clean and staff friendly. Room had a king-size bed, lovely tartan curtains and a great firm mattress. Could do with a light above mirror in bathroom. Meal at the really pleasant and comfortable restaurant was lovely....haggis, lentil soup and salmon/noodles was lovely. Bar area very nice with TV's and volume turned down so quiet....

Received gift voucher from our daughter for dinner, bed & breakfast and we had no prior knowledge of this place before arriving. How very pleasantly surprised we were. A very warm welcome on arrival & easy check in, we were soon in our spacious modern double room on the top floor beside the roof terrace. Even on a typical Scottish...

We had never seen this hotel before, but found it online and will definitely be going back again. All of the premises were immaculately kept and the place felt warm and welcoming. Helpful, friendly staff and good breakfast.

I had the pulled pork sandwich lunch, better half had the chiabatta with pesto and mozzarella lunch with gorgeous crispy onion rings as a side. I had...

Family day out and found everything very child friendly with staff taking a lot if time with younger children to make sure they ordered something they would like. Atmosphere good and service fast without being rushed, good menu with something to suit most tastes. Had a leisurely meal...

Great wee hotel with bus stop right outside. Spotless clean rooms and excellent service. We stayed for two nights in January 2017 and enjoyed dinner and cocktails. The breakfast was included in the price and there was an extensive choice.
