Fabulous location, very quiet after the few day tourists leave Shieldaig. The hotel is nicely decorated and clean, you feel immediately at home. The twin room my parents stayed in had a beautiful stunning view across the bay to the little island, made well up...More

Came here ad-hoc bypassing all the famous neighbours and were charmed and delighted by this small gem in a heavenly location. Rooms tastefully decorated. Lovely local staff. Super food. And the best scenery possible with beautiful walks and drives in every direction.

Fabulous setting, great dinner of local seafood...recommend the chowder and then the langoustine scampi as a special alternative to 'fish and chips'. Rooms have no tv but the the view from the bedroom needs no tv, hence my title of 'very special', however there is...More

Hello Yes we are happy to have dogs in the Hotel. We don't allow them in either of the restaurants but the full Menu is available in the Bar where we allow dogs on leads. Regards Mairi
