Rooms clean, couldn't fault.
Staff very friendly, even left Nessie teddy in our room for our one year old.
Restaurant was lovely but slightly understaffed.

A one night stay with 2 children on a tour around Scotland. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. However, the room decor was a far cry from the photographs on the website. I'm sure other rooms have been more recently decorated than ours,...More
Clean, family style hotel in a nice, quiet setting. Ample breakfast, as well as a nice bar type lounge. Great place to stay while visiting Loch Ness and the surrounding countryside. Also a jumping off point for the Isle of Skye.

I Just want to add that today, 8 months after this all happened, I received an apology from a lovely staff member, Irene, and the payment refunded. I thought this was a really nice gesture after so long.
