Stayed here many times after the pandemic, rooms well spacious, regularly cleaned, fantastic set up with small kitchen area for self catering including, built in oven/microwave, kitchen and sink. Has kettle with all cutlery and crockery and cleaning products and cloth wear. Close to Motherwell city centre amenities for everything, nice walk down and around Strathclyde Park and only a five minute drive up from the M74. Nice big bed and great working showers.

We booked a 1 bedroom apartment as advertised. It is not a 1 bedroom apartment, it is a large studio apartment. When I complained to reservations they responded 'well you saw the photos'. Our 20 year old son had to sleep in the same room on a put up bed! The 'kitchen area' at the bottom of the bed had a microwave, there was a portable 2 ring hob on top of the kitchen extractor....if you could reach it! You would need to stand on.a chair The Fire Evacuation Plan displayed on the wall was for room 8, in room 9! Joke! Never again!

All newly fitted out, very clean, spacious, parking too. Add Tunnuck's chocolate bars to boot! Wish I could have stayed longer! Near the town centre and easy to find coming off the motorway into the town.

Fantastic apartment. Stylish, very clean, lovely comfy beds, soft towels. Great pin code to get into main door and own accommodation. Very close to shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay again for our next trip up north.

I had the pleasure of staying in one of your standard double rooms on Wednesday 11th May (Room 6). The booking process was quick and easy with payment taken on the day of my stay. The pin code system to access the building and my room was super easy and convenient whilst feeling safe and secure. The room was absolutely stunning, modern, a great size and beautifully decorated. Everything felt brand new and was immaculately clean. The bathroom was stunning too, with the rainfall shower being the best shower / water pressure I’ve ever experienced in a hotel room. I was also delighted to find Netflix on the TV - a rarity in places I have previously stayed. My partner and I were super comfortable and had a lovely night before travelling up to Inverness early the following morning. I will definitely book again hopefully for a longer visit.

Stayed with my 11yr son for a sporting event & Sweeney apartments was perfectly located. The property is beautifully and tastefully decorated and is packed full of lovely features. Access via a coded front door and again to our room was easy and was sent via email, so no issues there. Our room upon entry smelt wonderful and was spotless, which was great after a long journey. My only issue / critique was the bed. Despite a mattress topper, I could feel every single spring, so did not sleep well at all and had to sleep on top of the duvet - maybe in time this is something that could be upgraded?

Stayed at the Sweeney Apartments for 2 nights with my partner and small dog. We chose the Sweeney for it’s pet friendly accommodation and option for an apartment versus a room in a hotel. Located minutes from the town centre on Hamilton Road with easy access to the M74 heading to Glasgow or south, the exterior to the building is superb with ample parking at the front and rear of the property. The interior has been recently renovated to a high standard and is spotlessly clean. The quality of our apartment was superb. Having stayed in a few different places up and down the country this has got to be one of the best we’ve stayed in. A quality choice to a very high standard. The attentiveness of the staff and personal attention from the owner Martin Sweeney guarantees that we will be back soon.

Had an engagement party in Motherwell and when looking for somewhere to book this place stood out to us. An absolute brilliant place to stay, quiet and spotless. Easy to get to with parking at front and back. I liked how close it was to all the pubs and also the self checkin with just a simple code was brilliant. The price we paid was really cheap, if this place was situated in Glasgow city centre we would of easily of been paying double, and rightly so! Having stayed here we will definitely be back to Motherwell soon.
