I arrived for check in at 4pm and was greeted and checked in quickly. I was offered fresh milk for my tea and shown to my room. My room number 3 was on the first floor it was a single room although you could have had space for a double bed. The room was spotless the bed was fresh and... More

2 couples stayed here 1 night having found it through VisitScotland. Excellently located near the harbour and black, plus short walking distance to several restaurants. Ian was excellent, helping us with any questions, cooked an excellent breakfast. The dining room has a wonderful display of mugs/cups - worth a look.

We booked 3 of the rooms for a couple of nights to say goodbye to a dear friend. Ian was a marvelous host. The whole guest house was immaculate, rooms had everything you could want. Breakfast was run ship shape and the ingredients very fresh and very local. Highly recommended. Will be back

The location is easy to reach by car, has a space to park a car. Rooms were clean, dining area with a slight personal touch. Had no problems with reservation and while communicating with staff. Perfect for those who prefer quiet environment.

A great place to stay as it's very comfortable and so near the bus route to and from Elgin. I would have liked more friendly emails when I asked questions before booking......addressing me by name and mentioning who the email was from........but when we arrived the personal touch was welcoming and informative. I always thought the full breakfast included tomatoes... More

We only stayed one night as had a wedding close by. It was lovely but the checkout is slightly too early (10am). However, we requested an early check in to allow us to travel to the wedding after dropping off the car and this was honoured. The room was immaculate and the bed was super comfy. The breakfast was lovely... More
