I didn't stay at the guesthouse, but I'm sure if my visit to the associated Hunters apartment is anything to go by, it would have been phenomenal. I was there for business, with my business partner, and the apartment was perfect. It was small, but had everything we needed - a cosy lounge come kitchen, an extremely clean toilet/shower room,...

From the moment that I booked I felt at ease. After sending an enquiry email I was sent a very quick reply with lots of information in about where to visit and where to eat (as well as answering my original question). Upon arrival I made my way to the house - just a short walk from the ferry terminal...

A warm welcome and such a comfortable room with amazing views over Brodick Bay. A real bonus was 'the snug' where we could play games and eat takeaway meals or just watch TV together. Microwave and fridge and tea/coffee facilities in the snug. An excellent choice of breakfasts. Very good advice on where to go and where to eat.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Hunters Guest House for three nights and upon entering, the owners were warm and friendly. We were given recommendations for places to visit as well as great places to eat out. In addition, the guest house is very close to the ferry and the local co-op, so there is little travel required when...

We had the lovely bay window sea view double room. Very comfortable bed, a warm welcome and helpful information about places to eat out before we arrived with advice to book as it would be busy being the weekend. Absolutely right and glad we reserved a table at nearby Fiddlers Music Bar. Hunters has a sitting room with TV, microwave...

After a rough sailing from Ardrossan (after ours, all were cancelled) we stayed 2 nights. We had the sea view front room; impressed by all the facilities beside our own room as a lounge on the 1st floor; minor point that there is no private parking> only a few places down the road> not an ideal place for a classic...

Probably one of the best Guest Houses we have stayed in. Lovely, clean and a comfortable bed. The owner is friendly and extremely helpful. We didn't have breakfast so can't make comment. Next time we visit Arran we hope to stay here.

An excellent guest house providing far more than we expected. We had booked a basic room but which was as good as any I stayed in on our 2 week highland and island adventure. On top of that we had access to a lovely sitting room where we could eat if we wished - kettle, fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery etc...

Ideal base for a short break in Arran! B&B was in a great spot on the waterfront. Our bedroom and the dining room both had large bay windows with wonderful views out to the sea. Room was large with loads of period features and a lovely modernised bathroom. Fantastic views. All very clean. Breakfast was fantastic - Continental and Full...
