We stayed for 3 nights, and had booked before we saw the reviews. As little else was available with such short notice, we decided to hope for the best. As it turned out, we had a lovely stay, those negative reviews are really far from our experience. We were the only guest, and it was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was...

Rosaburn Lodge looked delightful but we were disappointed by the bitter cold inside the house. Despite my having booked our rooms months before they had not been pre-heated and were freezing cold. We were also dismayed by the list of restrictions; only moderate drinking allowed, no noise allowed after 10pm, breakfast served only between 8.30 and 9.00. In addition, we...

Got off the ferry and turned right (as everyone else was turning left) and found Rosaburn Lodge on the right. The owners were very welcoming and the price wasn't to bad, very comfy with everything apart from WiFi

After a long day cycling and due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed accommodation late at night, and approaching 11 pm I new it wouldn't be easy. Rosaburn Lodge had a vacancy sign outside and the lights were still on. After knocking and a polite enquiry, the man of the house rudely replied, 'Do you know what time it is' and...

After cycling 85 miles from Oban I enquired as to whether they had any vacancies. The sign in the windows said they did. The owner opened the door, looked me up and down and saw the bike, finished chewing on what ever he was eating and said he had no vacancies. Shameful and disgusting!

Incredibly bad customer service by this guest house, they refused a room even though they had vacancies. There was no reason at all to refuse a room. A decent person just needed a room for one night after cycling 85 miles as part of a trip to raise money for charity. Shocking customer service and very unprofessional.

Spent four nights at Roseaburn Lodge with two other couples. The six of us enjoyed our break but were rather disappointed in how cold the house was. It was very cold outside for the time of year so would have expected some more heating on. We had the suite so at night the six of us could huddle up in...

The house is lovely suite excellent, twin room lovely but our room double not so nice. Not enough room and very noisy toilet folding door. Rooms were spotless but very very cold considering the weather...

The bnb location is very perfect and close to brodick ferry terminal. It has nice view of goatfell. Bnb garden was well maintained and beautiful. Luckily out of 4 day stay 2 day were bright and sunny so we enjoyed our walks. There is way next to bnb for brodick castle approx 1.5 km. Host Leena was very cheerful and...
