I recently stayed here for a weekend stay with some friends and would highly recommend. Each room had an ensuite bathroom and our lodge had a lovely sauna. The living area is spacious and luxurious with open plan kitchen and breakfast bar. The location was ideal for us as it was peaceful and idyllic with a short journey to the...

Stayed here for my friends 30th birthday. The lodges were warm, spacious, and clean and have been finished to a high standard throughout. Enjoyed relaxing in the sauna before spending a lovely evening in nearby St Andrews with my friends. Would highly recommend these lodges for any occasion.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at these lovely lodges. The site is still being developed (although this did not disturb our break at all). The lodges were immaculate with very spacious rooms and a large living room/kitchen area. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 and with 3 bathrooms there was no queuing...

Just returned from a week at these lodges. Stunning location and even better lodge. Site is currently being redeveloped so lodge was virtually brand new. 3 large bedrooms all with ensuite and large lounge, kitchen and dining room, all topped off with a fantastic 6 person sauna. Furnishings are all done to a high standard which hopefully will be respected...

I was here for business earlier this year, the lodges a due to receive a refurbishment and new facilities. I cant wait as the location is absolutely fantastic. Walking distance to The Tavern in Stratkiness and not far from St Andrews its self. The park is now closed from what I believe but intrigued to see what the reopen with!

We stayed at one of the Kincaple lodges for a week at Easter and plan on going back again. It was a really good base to explore the surrounding St Andrews area and the lodges are fitted out to a very high standard with all mod cons. Our kids really enjoyed this holiday and I found it to be probably...

We stayed for the second time in the same four star lodge. Having two bedrooms, one double with en suite and one twin with a family bathroom next door. The lounge with dining table and through kitchen is a comfortable size and not crammed at all. All the furniture and fittings are from John Lewis (even the towels and patio...

We had one of the Kincaple lodges for a week for our family lodges. My two kids loved the freedom and I loved the peace and quiet. The lodges themselves are done to an extremely high standard and are spotless. Every thing is catered for. The sire is approx 3 miles from St andrews and was easily accessible. The owners...

We recently occupied 2 of the 4* lodges for 3 nights as part of our Hogmanay celebrations and thoroughly enjoyed it! I believe the 4* lodges are slightly larger than the 3* with 2 bedrooms (1 double with ensuite shower room and 1 twin with use of the lodge bathroom). The accomodation itself was lovely and a pleasant surprise on...

The lodges were lovely decorated, well spaced out and adequately equiped although the cleaning standard needs to be improved, under the cushions of the sofas had never been cleaned in ages, hot water in the bathroom was extremely hot, need to...

“Parking on gravel driveway outside lodges has plenty of room for at least 2 sometimes 3 cars. Maybe take some wellies as the wee road through the place can get a tad muddy in the lovely scottish weather!”
