The staff were so helpful and helped us with our room as it was cold. Sorted it straight away but if not they would give us heaters or change rooms. Breakfast was incredible and was no rush to eat and go. Also supplied us with an early morning breakfast as we were leaving early.

About 20 mins by car/taxi out of rush hour, allow 30-40 mins in rush hour. Public transport you can get the tram to South Gyle and then pick up the train from Edinburgh to Aberdour which passes SG station. Bus not really an option.
