We had a great few days at the Old Inn. Everything was immaculate, the food was great, but what really hit home was the place was full of character, not like so many modern hotels. The other thing that set this hotel apart was the friendliness of the staff, and their obvious desire to ensure you had a really enjoyable...

Our family (a group of 10 in 5 rooms) stayed at the Old Inn in early May 2017. We were excited to come - we had heard so much about this historic facility. I must say, the hotel and rooms are lovely! They are elegant, with platform beds and rich wood finishes! All five rooms were stunning - one even...

After my recent stay, the hotel emailed me asking for feedback - I replied to them, explaining in detail why I was so disappointed with my stay, but nearly 3 weeks later I have not received a response. My husband & I stayed at the end of April on the Sunday Sleepover package. After having had such a great experience...

Arranged for a group of 7 people to have a three day break at this hotel. Hotel is quite old with a lot of history. The inside had been beautifully redecorated. I remarked a number of times about the staff keeping it very clean. Our room was in the front over looking the Main Street so it was a little...

My partner and I stayed over last Saturday night. It was an amazing experience, super room, top class food and a very chilled and relaxed atmosphere. Only small down side was the bedroom pillows are awful, too thin and flat. Breakfast the next morning was lovely. All staff we encountered were polite and welcoming. We will be back soon!!!

I feel I must write a review on the amazing experience my husband and I had at the restaurant In The Old Inn Crawfordsburn. I phoned an hour before lunch to book a table and explained that my husband is between chemotherapy treatments and has reduced immunity. I requested a quiet table. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly...

We had a really nice time in this hotel. All the staff were very nice and the cleaning team do a great job. We were on a package which included dinner along with five other people. The dinners got a mixed response but we both enjoyed all our meals. You need to be a touch lucky room wise as there...

Hello Jim Thank you for the review. I'm glad you enjoyed the visit and particularly mentioning the staff and the cleaning! The housekeeping and serving team will enjoy reading your comments which we circulate to all the teams. As with previous responses, we would welcome any further information on elements of the meals that your group were not completely happy...

Revisited after many years when it was a favourite spot for a few of our family wedding receptions. It's a quaint oldie worldy hotel on mainly two levels so not sure about convenience for physically disabled. Bedrooms are very good as are most facilities. Biggest disappointment is in the quality of the restaurant which is really lacking in meal originality...

Hello Clive Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We read and respond to all of them and also each department manager is advised and required to feedback on the review before this response.
