Came to the hotel as I had a family reunion in hotel. The staff were more than accommodating. The food was lovely and fresh. The bedrooms and hotel itself are very warm. Very central to the town of Carnlough

Why do Chefs now not take a pride in the food they serve is to customers? The chicken goujons were covered in a greasy batter. We had to take the batter off and our hands were covered in grease. Never again would we have a meal here. Very poor.

We have a lovely stay at this hotel. It was situated in a beautiful place with lovely scenery. Carnlough is a nice little village/town and you are not very far from Portrush, Portstewart or Coleraine about 1hr 30mins by car. However we were quite content to stay at the hotel & Carnlough the length of our stay. We had been...

Hotel is getting very run down and needs updating. Stayed in room 109, which was very poor with a view over a flat roof and the kitchen extraction system. Evening meal was good except for my cheese board, which contained hard and stale cheese. Will not be back.

What a lovely little find. Greated by a warm smile and shown through to the open fire. A few minutes later our order was taken. WE Enjoyed a coffee and scone and the kids enjoyed ice cream beside the hottest fire...EVER. will be back again for food as we watched it all going past for the dinners in the bar...

My husband and I called in on Wednesday 28 December 2016 hoping for a nice lunch. As indicated at the door we were advised to "Wait to be seated". We stood for at least 10 minutes without any acknowledgement from the staff. None of whom appeared to be busy. Eventually we decided to leave as my husband was getting very...

Called without reservation for dinner after a chilly but lovely day on the Antrim coast. We weren't disappointed, open fire, live folk music, and fantastic food. Service was quick and friendly. Excellent !!

A sliver of turkey meat wrapped around a large ball of stuffing is advertised on the Sunday menu as 'traditional turkey and ham'....???? Not a good experience at all. The starter of liver pate was straight out of the freezer !!!!!! Not to be repeated.
