Stayed at the Heights last night (I was in Portland on business). Good hotel, arranged for an earlier breakfast to suit my needs. Staff friendly, everything in the room worked and was clean and acceptable. I’ll be staying again on my next trip.

Hi, thanks for your enquiry. Unfortunately, due to the way the hotel was constructed, none of our rooms have any sea views. However, breath-taking views are only moments away in our Bistro, where you can see the Jurassic Coast and Chesil Beach in all its glory. Hope this helps.

No pool Sadie. However, great rooms at great rates and nearby pools available at local leisure centres. Thanks for the question.

Hello, thanks for your enquiry. We do have wheelchair access throughout all public areas of the hotel. There's a lift from the ground floor to the bistro, bar and coffee shop. Whilst we do have several larger rooms available, we do have one particular room, which benefits from a wider than average door with two spyholes (different heights), easy to manoeuvre bedroom, extra space in the room. Large - open outward door to the bathroom, roll-in shower, accessible handrails and other facilities to make a guest's stay more enjoyable. Our team will be on-hand 24hrs to anyone who may require advice or assistance during their stay. If you'd like to book, we'd be pleased to assist you. Please call for further information.
