Another visit to Bay Tree and another wonderful experience. Sally and Jerry are exceptional people, nothing is to much trouble for them. The breakfast is perfect, enjoyed the hot cross bun on Easter Monday, what a nice treat and the small Easter eggs in the bedroom, wow. Just very nice treat. Warm and inviting a really great experience.

My friend and I are walking the South Coast Path and wanted somewhere easily accessible after a full days walking. Bay Tree House was a perfect find for us, taking just 15 minutes to reach on foot from the coast path itself. We were warmly welcomed by Sally and her family and who offered us delicious home made shortbread and...

Called on a beautiful sunny Sunday afternoon. Sat in the wonderful garden and enjoyed excellent crab sandwiches followed by a Dorset cream tea. Staff were so friendly and had plenty of time to chat. Well worth a visit.

We were looking for somewhere to have a Dorset Cream Tea and this was highly recommended. We had a lovely walk to Seatown and back finishing off at the Bay Tree for some very delightful Scones with local Jam and Cream. It was very indulgent and tasty, hopefully the walk compensated for the extra calories. This is worth a visit.

Where to start lovely clean accommodation, great breakfast, cream teas to die for and excellent home made sandwiches. But to make the holiday even better you need good people to run both B/B and the tea room and without doubt Sally and Jerry with help from Sharron in the tea room are excellent, you will find it hard to find...

We were staying locally but we visited the tearoom. They had a selection of cakes including the famous apple Dorset cake. We opted for the cream tea and we were not disappointed. There was a lovely garden but we didn't order the right weather!

Lovely cream tea, best scones we had tasted in Dorset. We had contacted the tea room earlier to ask if they did gluton free scones as two of our party are celiac also to let them know we would be visiting as there was 14 of us. It was a lovely afternoon sitting out in a beautiful garden.

We went to stay with Sally and Jerry for two nights. It was perfect. They were perfect! The room was clean and they were hospitable. A true home away from home in a beautiful location. Breakfast and cream tea was by far the best I've ever tasted!

Great home made cakes (we had chocolate, dorset apple and sponge with berries, all yummy) and traditional cream teas (the best) in beautiful English country garden. We first discovered this place a few years back and come back every time we holiday here. You can sit in the beautiful garden or the conservatory if the weather is not so great....

We had heard of the Bay Trees excellent reputaion for afternoon tea and as we were in the area we could find out for ourtselves if this was true. Perfection is how I would describe their cream tea. Freshly home baked scones with oodles of cream and lashings of homemade preserves. It was a delightful treat. The "Girls" added to...
