Very friendly and accommodating. Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch, very tasty and plenty of it. Really lovely surroundings and relaxing atmosphere. A big thank you to all the staff who served us on Sunday, 22nd October.

A really lovely yummy roast. Tender beef, perfect Yorkshires and generous puddings! A classic roast with the usual veggies! Friendly and welcoming staff! Worth the drive into the countryside for a visit.
We visited the Marquis of Lorne with friends for a four night stay recently, The rooms were comfortable and clean and well decorated. They have a great menu with plenty of choice for everyone. Certainly would recommend the Lamb Shoulder, Steaks, and Liver and Bacon....More
