Beautifully furnished. Wonderful country house. Fabulous breakfast. We stayed one night but would happily return. This is a boutique b and b. Check if you plan to arrive before 1500 to make sure you can gain access!

Fantastic place, stayed when going to a wedding nearby. Only had time for 1 night but wish we could have stayed for longer! The small touches and the welcoming hospitality make this easily the best place we've stayed this year.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights but wish we'd booked to stay longer. The room was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the vast grounds. Breakfast was superb. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Can't wait to visit again.

Myself and my partner stayed here for a long weekend, our room was beautiful, the bathroom was huge, everything was clean and the staff were extremely brilliant, very genuine people. You got a generous portion of breakfast each morning. It really did feel like a home away from home, we would definitely come back to this hotel.

We stayed here in June, it was wonderful! They had a nice bottle of brandy waiting in the room for us when got there. Plus cookies and chocolates. The room was nice and comfy and the bathroom beautiful. The breakfast was fabulous!! The staff went out of thier way to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend Woodhayes

We spent 4 nights here and truly enjoyed ourselves. Lovely rooms and great bathtub! Breakfast was fantastic, staff very welcoming and helpful. Grounds incredible / lovely to stroll around. Short walking distance to train, pubs and restaurant. Easy commute to Exeter. The only drawback was a very hot room - apparently over the boiler room( so we were not able...
