The new, owners Richard and Ling were very welcoming, I travelled with my sister, we found it very easy to locate in the town, it stands on the winding river through the town, the house is a large charming property on 3 floors, I shared a large room with my sister with enough-suite facilities and we were also offered the use...

Just returned from a 12 night stay at the Bridge Guest House in Tiverton. Centrally located, occupying an impressive position, with views from both the rooms and the garden over the beautiful River Exe and the surrounding country side. Only a couple of minutes walk from the main shopping area, and restaurants, bars, cafes etc - (and one minutes walk...

The location in Tiverton was great as the guest house was directly opposite a Weatherspoon Hotel and having arrived about 6.00 pm it was convenient for meals and drinks. Being on the river it was also a beautiful location as we discovered when we went for an early morning stroll (having arrived in the dark) the night before. The rooms...

12.8.14 The hotel is easy to find but parking is a problem before 5.30pm and very tight to access so suggest you find somewhere else to leave your car. The room was clean although I noticed some small stains on the duvet cover. The bathroom pod was certainly functional, we used it as a more of a wet room, simply...

We stayed at this guest house recently whilst cycling from Lands End to John O'Groats. The owners were very accommodating of our bicycles which was greatly appreciated however they weren't overly friendly which was surprising given the reviews we had read prior to booking. The hotel interior is dated however it is clean, the showers were good and the beds...

Stayed here for two nights with 2 young children. It was very clean and beds very comfortable. The room was strangely warm for north facing, and with the river exe rjust outside the window I would have thought we'd get a better cool breeze. The reviews on the bathroom pods are true, very small, very difficult to wash hair with...

Have stayed here several times over the past few years whilst visiting relatives in the area. Owners are friendly (as were the previous ones when we first stayed) and breakfasts good. Some of the en-suite room facilities are a bit cramped

We stumbled upon this great little B&B and couldn't have been more pleased. The accomodations, and breakfast were great.. Chris, the proprieter, even went out of his way to guide us in from blacks away after we had become lost. (He walked in the rain to get to us) I can't say enough about the kindness shown. The facilities were...
