Lovely B&B spotlessly clean with good tea & coffe making facilities a lovely bathroom with a large shower with good toiletries and hairdryer provided. The bed was very comfortable and had a good seating area with a lovely view. Nicky and Jamie have made a fabulous job of renovating this old house keeping a lot of the original features and...

Very much enjoyed my 2 nights at this darling b&b. My room was comfortably cosy and had everything I needed. I had a lovely view of the beautiful garden which was great. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and I felt very welcome throughout my stay. The amount of effort being put into running Ashley House really shows. Lovely location too,...

What a gem of a place to stay that Nikki & Jamie have created, the standard of accommodation is excellent and puts many hotels to shame. A very friendly welcome on arrival and throughout the stay, a marvellous breakfast awaits, from locally sourced "all the works" to homemade jams you just have to try and it is doubtful you will...

In the heart of South Molton this is a truly lovely B&B. Both Nicky and Jamie are wonderful, the breakfast superb. Rooms are well equipped and all the little touches were greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice place to stay, quiet and peaceful, though our small double room was extremely small and slightly claustrophobic for two. Our main gripe was not with the B&B, which is immaculately clean and tastefully done, but the town itself, which was described on the website as 'the beautiful market town of South Molton.' The almost constant rain...

This is the best B&B we have stayed at- Nikki and Jamie ensure you want for nothing. The extras make the difference - cafetiere, selection of teas and fresh milk not the awful uht tubs on the tea tray, comfortable beds and pillows with quality bed linen, well cooked breakfast using local produce and the friendliness - we visit South...

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel more than welcome. Jamie carried our luggage to our room and gave us our keys. He gave us details of the times for breakfast and showed us the doors for our use at the front and the back of the property. He also suggested a local place to eat on...

Very pleasant and helpful owners, very good room and excellent breakfast. The menu is very much locally sourced, and the eggs are from their own hens, which also greet you upon arrival. !! We are already looking forward to our next visit.!

What a cracking bed and breakfast! Arrived late and left early but owners very friendly and welcoming and the rooms absolutely fab. Really comfy beds with luxury linen and bedding. Great free wifi. Spotlessly clean and how lovely to have all the personal touches like a cafetiere, bottled water and really nice bathroom shampoos and bodywash etc. Simply can't fault...
