A very pleasant place to stay in, nothing fancy but quaint and quiet. Tonia was extremely helpful and friendly, excellent location with the beach and shops a 5 min walk away. Would definitely stay again!

A delightful place to stay. Convenient to shore, marina, town centre and train station. Local shop around the corner! Tonia runs the B and B and is very friendly and helpful. Exmouth is a compact town with lots of good places to eat.

Breken is run by a cheerful Tonia, who keeps the rooms spotless and a supplies a great breakfast. The only downside is the parking in Morten Rd otherwise it's close to the beach, shopping and transport.
