Good clean hotel, staff friendly and the prices very reasonable. All the usual facilities in the room. Very good breakfast. Downside, the hotel is tired and needs modernising, in itself, not the end of the world. Our problem, in all honesty, our only problem was our room (103) was below a room where, whenever everyone flushed the loo it sounded...

We stayed here for a weekend break. We had lovely views from the sea. We had booked the Superior Room. The walls were a bit thin so you could hear people talking but it is a hotel after all. The room was clean and spotless and huge. Parking is a bit of a problem unless you can get a space...

Dear Guest, We are delighted you had an enjoyable weekend break at the hotel. We do like to encourage guests to be respectful of their neighbours regarding noise level in the evenings. The location of the hotel is one we are immensely proud of, given the views we can offer and the proximity to the sea and town centre. We...

Very good hotel; could do with a little modernising, but that's an aside. Friendly staff. Fabulous views over the estuary and very well positioned for seafront, town. Very good value. Totally recommend this as a weekend getaway.

My husband and myself stayed here 21st and 22nd April. The entrance didn't lead to the reception that could be found round a corner up some steps. We went in the rickety extremely snug lift up to our room.On first appearance the room was alright mainly because we had paid for a sea view. The decor was very dated and in need...

Our walking group have organised our weekend away here at the Manor. It has been excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful, the food delicious and facilities clean. I would like to add additional thanks to the chef and team who provided me with delicious gluten free breakfasts and dinners as this is not always the case - well done....

Lovely hotel, our comfortable room looked out over the sea. The staff were very welcoming and extremely efficient. The food was excellent, with a large group of 47, we were served promptly and the food was hot and delicious. Thanks also to 'just for groups' for finding this hotel for us. Chris. Stafford Ramblers

We stayed there as part of a large group and were very happy with our stay. It is of course neither the Savoy or a Michelin starred restaurant. However the rooms are in a good state of decor and adequately furnished. Our room view of the bay was a joy. However the real joy of the hotel is the staff,...

46 Ramblers arriving at The Manor Hotel for a 3 night stay found a warm welcome, tea and coffee, help with the luggage and well-appointed rooms. The promising start continued throughout our visit with excellent food, efficient service and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel has lovely sea views and is ideally situated. I didn't hear a...

This holiday location Exmouth, is a lovely place especially for young children, with the Wonderful sands facing west and with the superb views over the estuary. The small and adequate town with a nice square and shopping area adds to this excellent small place in Devon. Handy to get to being close to Exeter and just off the M5 motorway

Travelled with a group of ladies with Edwards Coaches., Had a great stay. Rooms were good, beds very comfortable, plenty of drawer space, tv, tea/coffee making facilites, hairdryer, bathroom with shower over bath. This was a problem as bath was very high, difficulty getting in and out. Everywhere very clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble....
