Stayed for one night in a twin room (for myself an my Nan). Spacious family room (think it was room 1). Room and bathroom were comfortable and clean (although I imagine if you are tall the shower may have been an issue). Our room overlooked the road so there was some noise, especially in the morning. Nothing too dreadful though....

6 of us stayed here for 2 nights over the Bank Holiday weekend and it's just ideal. Good value, quiet, easy walk to town and a good breakfast! Very friendly family who do all they can to make your stay a good one.

Starts with a warm welcome from Paula your host. Ample parking and decent size rooms. The decor is a little tired but spotless and the bed is super comfortable. Little extras left for you like a chocolate roll!! Plenty of coffee/tea , sugar and unusually, milk. The staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is excellent...

It is a long time since I stayed at a B&B I usually choose hotels but Exmouth isn't particularly well catered for with quality hotels so realising that wasn't an option I chose to stay at a B&B with easy access to where I needed to go. The Rohaven is well located as is on the main road into Exmouth,...

Paula you are a Gem, a Star, so friendly! Great breakfast with all necessary. Simple but clean rooms, all necessary here as well. Small refrigerator, hairdryer, flatscreen, WiFi, shower. A great 15 min walk to city centre. But most of all a friendly place to rest! Thanks!

Large en-suite, clean, nothing fancy, but lovely. The highlight of the stay was the unintentional comedy of the breakfast patrons. Everyone is so close together that you can't help but get in on their conversations. The woman next to me spent the whole of breakfast listing all the pets that she once loved who died in her care, including a...

Another excellent stay at this very friendly and welcoming B&B in Exmouth. I received a warm welcome with a friendly smile. The King bedroom was large and spacious and very clean. I was served a freshly cooked breakfast in the morning which set me up perfectly for my long working day ahead. A big thank-you to Paula and Gary. I...

We recently stayed at the Rohaven for 4 nights and had a very comfortable stay, the room was clean and tidy and being at the back overlooking the large garden was very quiet. Paula's breakfast was something else, beautifully cooked and very tasty and more than enough. Off road parking was also a plus and we were able to leave...

The room and its ensuite were unusually large; but the decoration was tired and old fashioned. My elderly father had an upstairs room and the shower cubicle had such a large step up that he felt unable to use it. Our superking bed was adequate, there was a comfortable armchair and tea and coffee facilities were good. The breakfast ingredients for...

Stayed for 4 nights, very comfortable, clean and tidy, very friendly, ample choice of breakfast. Good off- road parking. A good 15 minute walk to town but excellent bus service with stops close by. Ideally situated on main road for travelling out and about by car.
