Owners very helpful, breakfast very good with a great choice. Room was comfortable and large enough for 1 person . It is a good 25 minute walk into town , When you get there plenty of eating places . Its uphill all the way back.

We had the twin room on the ground floor. A little traffic noise, but the décor was period and pleasant. A little disconcerting that people walked up the path beside the en-suite facilities. albeit frosted glass. Lovely home cooked breakfast.

I stayed here for 6 wks from the 23rd Oct to the 5th Dec 2016 due to personal reasons. Paula is probably the best Landlady of a Guest House that I have ever met. Nothing (literally!!) was to much trouble for her, e.g. I couldn't afford to eat out every night so she put a small fridge & microwave in...

We visited on Thursday 20th October for an overnight stay, on arrival at around 5.30pm we were greeted in a friendly manner, shown our room and given the keys to the main door we were also given a map of Exmouth and a couple of recommendations for an evening meal, the room was clean and tidy with everything required, the...

Just outside town with parking on site. Breakfast cooked to order..About 10 to 15 minutes walk into Exmouth. Smallish room but had everything you needed - en suite shower, TV plenty of power points for chargers. Had a good 2 nights here - even though we were in the area for a funeral. We would stay here again if in...

Clean and fresh good off street parking and located easy walking distance to Exmouth seafront and centre. Had a good breakfast. Choice of English which was cooked fresh to order. Continental options varied and well presented. We will use again if in...

Stayed for one night in a twin room (for myself an my Nan). Spacious family room (think it was room 1). Room and bathroom were comfortable and clean (although I imagine if you are tall the shower may have been an issue). Our room overlooked the road so there was some noise, especially in the morning. Nothing too dreadful though....

Starts with a warm welcome from Paula your host. Ample parking and decent size rooms. The decor is a little tired but spotless and the bed is super comfortable. Little extras left for you like a chocolate roll!! Plenty of coffee/tea , sugar and unusually, milk. The staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is excellent...
