Stayed here last night. The hotel is down a narrow road, narrowing even further to one vehicle width closer to the establishment. It is an oldie worldly building with packed flower beds and wisteria etc growing over the front of the building. Very pretty. The main part, pub area is cosy and oldy worldy. Our room was in a newer...

We stayed at this lovely hotel in beautiful countryside. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything one could want. Little extras like cookies with the tea and coffee makings and the good quality bathroom accessories made this a special hotel stay. The dinner menu was not great but the quality of food was excellent. We dined in the small...

We were going to pop in to have a quick look at the Tarr Steps during our trip. However, the steps and the surrounding area are so lovely that we stayed much longer than planned. That was partly because we found the Tarr Farm Inn right alongside! We arrived at around 6pm so we were lucky to get a table...

The countryside is beautiful with walks that are so tranquil, totally dog friendly in and out, the staff are attentive, the food is top notch, and the atmosphere is relaxed and calm. What more could you want?

My wife and I stayed at this lovely hotel over the recent bank holiday weekend. The room was very comfortable, well equipped and immaculately clean. Only other thing it could have done with was vertical blinds at the windows. It was on the ground floor next to the main footpath and it's a bit disconcerting that walkers are virtually forced...

Visited for a birthday dinner with friends, had a lovely walk beforehand along the river. The inn is in the middle of a remote and peaceful setting, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The restaurant is super cosy with fires lit which made us feel really comfy. The food was amazing, beautifully cooked and so delicious! Thoroughly recommend the duck breast. The...

My wife and I have walked the circular route a couple of times with our golden Retriever, it is a joy to be able to go to such a lovely pub at the end of our walk with such lovely staff and food! The beer garden is very spacious and dog friendly. I highly recommend the burger it is delectable.

Nice location and a great place to eat. We both had burger and chips at £12 each. Might be considered as a tad expensive but the burger and chips was an ample size and the best burger we have had in a very long time.
