Just returned from a two night stay with Tony and Carolyn at Lamas Park House and we have nothing but praise for both the beautiful and comfortable house and it's friendly and welcoming hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and we were treated to the most mouth watering breakfasts ever! So even though it was just a short stay we...

I'm not sure where to start! We got home today after 4 lovely days at Lammas Park House and to say we are sad about leaving is an understatement. Tony and Carolyn are the most lovely hosts and the house is nothing short of beautiful, in a fantastic location. We stayed in the Henley Suite which was absolutely HUGE! The...

I visited Dawlish with my 6 year old daughter. I was a bit nervous travelling by myself with a child. Tony and Carolyn were so warm and friendly!! The guesthouse was spotless, comfortable, beautiful and very welcoming. We will definitely be returning again and I would definitely recommend this Guesthouse!

We stayed for three nights in early April 2017. It is run by Tony & Carolyn who were very friendly and helpful. Our room, located on the top floor of the house was spotlessly clean, well furnished and had an adjoining lounge with great views overlooking Dawlish & the coast. The breakfast menu offered plenty of choice and was well...

Lammas Park is a fairly large house on a pretty narrow street in an elevated position above Dawlish. Our stay was fine and the value for money was spot on, but I'm not sure we would stay there again. We liked: -easy walk into town for sightseeing or eating at many good restaurants -lovely freshly cooked breakfast (not so good...

We stayed for two nights in the Henley Suite. Carolyn kindly arranged to collect us from the train station. The suite was ideal, just what we appreciate, a big comfortable bed, comfy chair at the window with a sea view, as well as a sofa, table/chairs, large dressing/shower room, separate toilet. Great breakfasts cooked by Tony, served in the lovely...

Our room (The Twin) was clean, tidy and well appointed, the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was a star attraction, from full English to bowls of fresh fruit, cerals,...
