We wanted accommodation for seven so we could attend a family wedding. Carol went out of her way to rearrange their accommodation to meet our wishes and also advised us on where to eat locally. The directions provided by Carol by excellent and whilst the property is tucked away down a typical narrow Devon lane, we found it without any...

We were fortunate enough to stay at this lovely peaceful B and B when we were in Devon for a wedding in April. Carol and Peter were the most delightful hosts and provided us with the most amazing breakfasts so much so that we didn't need lunch ! We stayed in their well equipped self contained flat which was very...

Tucked away down a typically narrow but beautiful Devon lane, only a mile from Modbury, Annapurna immediately strikes one as being a place to be happy and relaxed. Parking was conveniently near the house, and the welcome from Carol & Peter was heartwarming. We stayed in the suite which was downstairs, and with its own front door. The sitting-room with...

An unexpected delight after a nearby family party with our grand daughter, who is four. The self contained flat was perfect and extremely well equipped; grand daughter loved her room, the pretty garden, and the kittens. Carol and Peter made us very welcome and served a splendid breakfast. We were very sorry to leave after just one night. The location...

Carol and Peter are wonderfully kind and warm. They shared their lovely home and were so hospitable. They have chickens, kittens and a cute dog. So if you like free range eggs and home grown veg this is the place. I'd highly recommend it.

The house is nestled in the beautiful Devon countryside with a panoramic view across the valley and the Modbury Church steeple in the distance. The room was comfortably furnished and the breakfast perfectly cooked and generous. We were made to feel very welcome and our hosts couldn't have been more helpful. We would go back any time. The 'home grown'...

Carol and Peter were very friendly, relaxed and helpful and provided us with very tasty breakfasts and helpful suggestions as to interesting outings around Modbury - a lovely corner of south Devon. Beds were comfortable and the flat was furnished with everything we needed. We also met a hen with a distinct personality - Freya, who lays her morning egg...

Travelled down to Devon for a wedding and had one night at Annapurna. Carol and Peter were so friendly and accommodating, arranging to fit in with our arrival time. We stayed in the self-contained end of the house which was lovely. The beds were so comfy - best night's sleep in ages, and the locally sourced breakfast was heaven. Carol...
