We had a wonderful stay here in July 2015. We were a big group of 18 people with an age range 12 - 85 and it was great for everyone. It was clean, tidy and well equipped, with a games barn and swings to keep the youngsters happy and a garden for the older folk to sit and relax in....

My husband and I have just returned home from our short break at The Cottage. It was a lovely cottage and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were impressed with the cleanliness, comfort and presentation of The Cottage. The welcoming cream tea was very well received! We enjoyed the attention of the hens when we sat in the garden, watching...

We stayed here a few times in the late eighties in the Manor house, it was good then. We are a smaller family now having lost some members, we stayed in the farmhouse this time, not needing such a large place. Obviously there are more modern appliances but they've kept the character and added stuff, ie the play area, BBQ's,...

We were made to feel most welcome at Stickwick Cottage from being met on arrival and throughout our stay. The cottage is well equipped and beds exceptionally comfy .. well up to their 4 star rating. The bonus for us was the dog friendly nature of the place with a lovely woodland walk and fields to roam. Our pooch was...

We have had a wonderful stay in the best large property we have ever stayed in after experiencing many in Devon, Cornwall and the New Forest over the last 15 years. Stickwick has everything - wonderful traditional house and adjoining farmhouse with spacious and comfortable rooms and lots of bath and shower rooms. The outdoor adventure for kids is great...

We had a fantastic break here just after Easter. We booked the farmhouse for our family of four plus parents in law, which was extremely comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen in particular had everything we needed, I even managed to bake a cake with the children one day! There are beautiful views from the upstairs bedrooms and plenty of...

We rented all three properties for our family get together. This is an outstanding venue for any celebration/ holiday. It's is superbly equipped and has fantastic facilities including a very entertaining games room - haven't had so much fun in years! Ages ranged from 1 year to 83, and everyone had a really enjoyable time. The weather, as is customary...

We booked Stickwick for one of our regular walking breaks. I cannot praise the accommodation more highly or the surrounding area. We loved it, helped of course by wonderful weather. The situation of Stickwick is perfect for anyone wanting to walk on Dartmoor or within the surrounding Devon countryside which is magnificant. The house itself is stunning with the biggest...

Lovely week's stay at Stickwick Cottage. We felt at home as soon as we arrived - the cottage was comfortable, well-appointed and the owners seemed to have thought of everything. The farm is in an elevated position, well above Bovey Tracey, which gives a good feeling of being in the heart of the country, although it can take some finding...
