We stayed at The Melville for 3 nights over the Easter weekend. It's a great place to stay for a visit to Brixham and nearby attractions. It's conveniently located on the road into Brixham and only a 5 min walk to the town. Jackie and Colin (who own and run it) are so lovely; incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful -...

Lovely friendly and welcoming, very clean rooms with comfy beds. Having a fridge in the room was an additional bonus., Good location to walk to the harbour and main town for bars and restaurants. Loved the extra touch of Easter eggs in the room on Easter Sunday.

Our short visit to Brixham staying for 2 nights at the Melville Guest House was most enjoyable. Our room was very clean, the bed and pillows really comfy with lovely bed linen. Breakfast was excellent, cooked to perfection by Colin and served by lovely Jackie.

We had four fabulous nights in Brixham and stayed at the Melville Guest House. The couple who run it are a super pair, Jackie & Colin nothing is to much trouble for them also willing to help highly recommend. From Alan & Elaine Erskine.
