Came here for a week on the 22nd August .Seven of us in our party, the campsite is very big , Has very clean Shower block and toilets. There is also laundry facilities on site. Well situated as we have visited Croyde bay, Bude, Saunton Sands , Bideford and Cornwall to Port Isaac, where Doctor Martin is filmed. Tomorrow we...

We had a decent experience but couldn't help feeling mildly disappointed after all the glowing reviews. The lady who welcomed us at reception was very friendly and informative. Facilities were fine, nothing to write home about. Children's play area was rudimentary but clean and safe. Our main issue was the charges for things that many campsites offer for free. 50p...

This place is successful because it really makes camping easy. The site is safe and clean, they have laundry, washing up basins, hot showers, a huge, spacious shower block, easily accessible and friendly wardens, they're dog friendly too. I'd have expected hair dryers to be included in the price and the wifi given the cost of the site but still,...

We stayed here with another couple and their 1 year old. Excellent facilities for a campsite. Very clean showers and toilets, well lit at night. There also is the option of using the family shower room which is in fact the disabled facilities but just what you need when you have a 3 year old and a newly crawling 8...

Stayed for three nights and wished we could have stayed longer. Excellent size pitches, our eight man tent, event shelter and car easily fitted on with room to spare. Toilet block had over 10 showers and always clean with hot water in abundance. A great location for the beaches of saunton, croyde and putsborough. The staff on site were lovely,...

This as other reviews will tell you, is a proper camp site not a holiday park. We recently stayed in our VW Campervan for 5 nights and really enjoyed camping there. The pitches are are really good size and the grass was immaculate. There was more than enough room for our van and awning, our spot also had a power...

This is a beautifully kept campsite, immaculately clean and fantastic location. We had two nights here and will definitely go for longer next time. I can highly recommend the snack bar, best bacon butty on delicious buns! Wished we'd been there for longer, would definitely made more use of the excellent food and great prices. Thank you for a brilliant...

This was my wife's first camping experience. The pitch was flat, spotless and spacious. The toilets/shower block was fresh, the water was warm and the toilets were re-cleaned every evening we were there after 2100h . the other amenity on site was the 'Subshack' a food caravan which was very reasonably priced and well run. Dogs are welcome and well...

Been coming here for quite a few years and the standard of this campsite never falters. From the grounds to the toilets all very good . There is a but this time. Early morning Crows. I realise I'm in the country side but I don't need to be woken up early ever morning. Will return soon but may ask for...
