The cleanest B&B i have stayed in for many a year. Light, spacious and well equipped rooms with a pleasant host in her own home. The owner was especially flexible around an early breakfast for our longer walk the next day and also served the best omelette i have eaten in years. Thanks for a great stay.

We have a seven week old baby and we're worried about staying pretty much anywhere, but from the very start we were made to feel welcome. We received assistance with sterilizing baby bottles to even having a friend's bassinet placed in our room. We could have not asked for anymore and we thank the hosts heartily for a wonderful stay.

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 year old son for 3 nights as we were attending a wedding at the beautiful Ash Barton Estate nearby. Lovely room in which I stayed with my elderly mother and young daughter, very spacious, airy and spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable. Full size toiletries, shower gel, bubble bath etc, a home from home. Lovely breakfast every morning with fresh fruit and yogurt on the table, plenty of choice from a full English breakfast to a lighter option...

Fantastic and thoroughly recommended. Nicky made our three night stay very welcoming and easy. With a very central location in Braunton, but just far away enough to be quiet and peaceful. The room was very clean, well presented and roomy. Breakfast was excellent too, with great choice, which included fresh fruit and home made local jam and honey. Nicky even...
