This is a very nice guest house just outside the town. we where warmly greeted even though we arrived early. The room and bathroom where excellently cleaned and a pleasure to arrive to, we had a rear facing room which we found to be very quiet at night . It took about 15 minuets to walk to the town and...

The staff kindly booked me another taxi but insisted I pay up then and there for rest of the accomomodation even though I asked...

We stayed at the St George Guesthouse for four nights and couldn't have wished for a more lovely place - location is excellent and very accessible, rooms clean and very comfortable, and breakfast was freshly prepared and lovely every day. The staff of the guesthouse were friendly, informative and so supportive to us when one of our party had an...

This was our second stay at St George's and unfortunately the last. Room was nice and clean no problem there, but as for it being b&b not so sure. First time we stayed nice dining room and nice cooked breakfast. Second time reading the welcome booklet which states last orders for cooked breakfast 9.15am. Went to the dining room at...

Firstly it’s important to understand and appreciate that accommodation in Guernsey is fairly expensive, what you have here is a very reasonably priced B&B - St Georges is situated on a main road, and any sea facing rooms will be noisy - I found the location, which is a good 10 minute walk into town perfect, the walk is along...

Truly disappointing accommodation. 1. Wardrobe door knob and bathroom door lock fell off on 1st use. Decor outdated. 2. Mould in shower cubicle. 3. Poor customer service skills on welcome and at breakfast.

Very good guesthouse. Very friendly staff, excellent choice of breakfasts, quaint eccentricities - all positives. Only let down was our bathroom door not closing properly. For the elderly; bear in mind the stairs are steep and narrow.
