We had lunch here today overlooking the ocean. Starters were excellent. Calves liver enjoyed by my husband and crab prawn cocktail enjoyed by myself. The rib eye steak could be one of the best steaks my husband has ever had. My unusual fish and chips consisted of prawns, salmon, cod and sea bass coated in light tempura batter. Delicious. All...

I stayed for one night on my way back from a short break on one of the small islands. The hotel is located right on CoboBay with the lovely beach just opposite the hotel, I enjoyed a lovely walk on the sand early in the morning before breakfast. Staff were particularly helpful; which room service was not part of the...

We had three great days with fantastic views. Bedroom was great with a four poster and the staff could no be more helpful. All staff where very helpful and polite and nothing was to much trouble. There was not much choice on the menu for evening meal which was a bit sad really as the restaurant was well presented. Yes we...

Perfect location for views and lovely bays. Sea crashes over the road outside on high tides and onshore wind which can stop walks to the great alternative eateries closeby but not for too long. Spotlessly clean and really nice freshly cooked breakfast. Highly recommended.

We had three nights at the Cobo Bay in their four poster bed room which was lovely with a beautiful sea view. The staff were all very friendly and made you most welcome. The restaurant was very pretty and the standard of staff very high, the menu was amazing catering for all this is certainly the place to stay.

Poor service at reception. Very unwelcoming on arrival and during stay. Bedroom was quite claustrophobic. Fault in bedroom not repaired during visit though it was reported twice. Chef and waiters had an off night in the restaurant. Served the wrong dinner at our table. When correct meal arrived it was lukewarm. Bar food and staff excellent however. Catering service outside...

Just returned from a 5-day trip, staying at Cobo Bay Hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, the views from the restaurant are superb. We ate in the hotel on the first night and found the food truly lived up to its 2 rosette award. The staff were friendly; the service was first class. Breakfasts were sufficient to see you through...

Everything about this hotel is positve. The staff is excellent: those on Reception extremely pleasant and friendly. My room faced the sea, with a large, comfortably -furnished balcony. The room itself was splendid, the bed very comfortable and with lots of little extras mentioned by other reviewers. If you've ever returned to a hotel room in the early afternoon to...

We stayed here for four nights in May during the week. We had a twin room at the rear-side of the property and due to it's location, it was noisy at night (there is a bar/restaurant next to the hotel and the hotel itself has its own, too). However, this was not a problem with the windows closed. Due to...

This hotel is amazing, the best thing about the rooms is all the little extra's you get such as a bath robe, slippers, fresh fruit, tv guide plus a host of other little extras. It really is a home from home. Plus you get all this for a great price in a stunning location by the beach. If you think...
