Fairholme - our base to explore Jersey. Situated in a nice and calm road, 50 metres from the sea, we enjoyed our stay with Marina and her Team in St. Helier very much. The atmosphere of the house is very familiar, rooms are friendly, bright and clean. We liked the breakfast with daily changing specials. Don´t leave breakfast before planning...

I did not like my room at Fairholme´s; it was 1st floor with a window towards a narrow backyard, where other guests could be sitting, chatting and last not least smoking, the smoke standing directly within my room as soon as my window was open. The room was clean and cleaned regularly, but the sink in the shower did not...

My wife Linda and myself would like to thank Marina, Dave and staff for a very enjoyable stay, all were very helpful, the breakfast was nothing short of amazing. Marina was only to willing to give advise regarding what buses we needed, where to go for a good meal, and what to see and where. One very minor thing which...

We stayed for 4 nights on our way back from France to Uk. The Gh was comfortable and clean, We had a room with a double bed and plenty of space for the baby cot which the GH provided. There was still plenty of floor space for our son to play on. Modern mirrored furniture and a comy chair! The...

My wife and I spent a week here. The standard of our room, in terms of cleanliness, comfort and entertainment was excellent - with wifi, which was an added bonus! The owner was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she went out of her way to help and assist us. As others have stated, the location is...

Stayed for a long weekend at Fairholme. Very attentive, friendly & helpful owners, nothing too much trouble. Superb cooked breakfast in the morning. Very convenient location a short walk to the sea front. Room quality is what lets it down slightly, lumpy mattresses and hard pillows, and you can hear the occupants of other rooms clearly. However, if i was...

I stayed there in May 12. Clean, friendly, flexible land-lady and only yards from the sea and an outdoor sea 'pool' with floating raft. Excellent value and a first class breakfast. A 10 min stroll from the town activities and facilities. I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed for 2 nights in September 2009, costing around £25 per night (ish, I can't remember exactly.) I had a twin room to myself, ensuite with shower. B&B had Wifi, which worked fine. Very nice owners, fantastic breakfast and quiet location yet central. Very close to seaside and in nice part of St Helier, I would recommend. You can...
