There are definitely some things that need upgrading in this hotel the hot water takes forever to heat up then it will cool then heat back up, while I don't mind not having a fridge in the room (a normal thing in Canada) not having access to an ice machine was annoying, we always had to ask the staff. The...

The Apollo is a tired, three-star hotel with a wide-awake five-star staff and food that is four-star. My partner, Jackie, and I spent Christmas there and thoroughly enjoyed our seven-day stay. Even in deepest mid-winter Jersey is a treasure island and the Apollo is a convenient place for anybody wanting a base at the heart of always busy and bustling...

We've stayed at the Apollo several times. It's not a 5 star hotel but it is very good value. Very comfortable bed (most important) and a nice room with decent facilities and an excellent shower over the bath. Very good self service hot & cold breakfast and a decent cup of tea! We really like the cocktail bar with it's...

This is yet another of those occasions where, if TripAdvisor had a rating of "Good", I would have used it. We had to visit Jersey to attend a memorial service and the Apollo was a conveniently located hotel with parking. The room we had (310) was spacious and generally clean but the bathroom could definitely do with some updating. I...

I read with interest reviews on this Hotel and they must have read them as well. It is very hard to hit the right time for building work as the Hotel is open 365 days a year, because you will always have a client complain . I have just returned from the Hotel and the day I departed the workmen...

Had a lovely stay here with family for Christmas found staff to be very helpful and . friendly. They were especially good with the children who were there. The hotel room was comfortable and had everything I needed, I would certainly go back if I visited St Helier again.

We stayed here for one week in August and overall we were pleased and would stay here again. It's a few minutes walk from the centre of St. Helier and inexpensive compared to most of the hotels the island has to offer, which are overpriced. The real downside are the décor and the restaurant. The rooms are in real need...

We stayed here recently for 7 nights and it was fine if you don't mind a no frills budget hotel. The accomodation in Jersey is expensive so this is an ok option and very convenient for walking into town. While there are issues and the rooms are dated generally it was clean and the communal areas spacious and comfortable. The...

Stayed here for 3 nights for a long weekend because of a wedding. The whole place looks dated, looks like nothing has been done to it since the 60s. No wifi in the room only in the restaurant and lobby which is disappointing. Shower was like standing under rainwater. Every member of staff looked bored. Restaurant and bar usually empty.
