Cosy, comfortable, courteous, clean, convenient location, beach at the end of the road, bus station and shops five minutes away. Choice of brandies behind the bar. Excellent food in restaurant - particularly recommend the risotto and the bread & butter pudding.

Stayed for 3 nights. Olde worlde hotel with lots of charm. Room was adequate. Superb choice at breakfast and very friendly staff. Didn't actually eat in restaurant but had a few drinks in bar which oozed charm. Overall a great stay.

An unexpected treat, the room that we were given was spacious, well furnished and the bed extremely comfortable. We used both of the hotels restaurants, the food in each was top class as was the service, we could not have chosen a better venue for a birthday celebration.

Visited this hotel for a long weekend with friends. What made the experience more special was the staff. From the receptionist through to the bar tender and maitre d', they were all exceptionally professional and welcoming. The location was excellent, being close to town and in a road which hosts some very nice restaurants. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

About 15 min bus ride from airport, Tower bus stop on the esplanade but if you miss this (like we did) and end up in the main bus station it's only a 10 min walk to hotel. Easy to check in and bags were carried up for us to the room. Double room with en suite, small but perfectly adequate...

Booked for a weekend break and decided on this hotel after seeing other favourable comments on Tripadvisor. There was a very warm welcome from staff and, quite unusually these days, has a porter to show you to your room. The room was a good 3 star standard and very comfortable. It was not at all noisy. We had a repair...
