My wife and I spent a week here, 18.06 to 25.06. Overall, a slightly depressing place due to the poor/low energy lighting within a lot of the hotel, especially within the dining area. Our room was an average size for this type of hotel. The staff were very polite, helpful and always willing to advise. Breakfast was generally plentiful and...

Really nice hotel, needs updating a bit, but on the whole ok, the food was outstanding, as were the staff, they couldn't be more helpful. However there is a downside to this hotel there is no lift, we were on the 4th floor too! It's hard work if you are older to climb the stairs, especially after a day out....

Anyone looking for a really lovely friendly hotel, with fantastic food and staff in Jersey, this is the place to stay. It is 5 minutes walk from the bus stop that serves the airport and a 10 minute walk into the centre of town or take the bus at the end of the road. I can't wait to go back.

Amazing hotel with great character, delicious food, vintage wines and very friendly staff. It is the 3rd time we've been to this hotel in 3 years and always stayed here when we've been to Jersey. we enjoyed some good sun and sand on the beach which is less than 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel and the city center...

Good hotel, location is just on the outside of town with a short walk to the shops. Large room with a comfy bed. Breakfast had the usual variety of juices, cereals, hot and cold food. Evening meals were good, choice from a menu. Staff pleasant, would recommend this hotel.

Charming hotel in St. Helier not far away from the beach in a small street, which is not noisy. The Hotel has an outstanding restaurant, a cosy barand, a small poolwith a relaxing area. The staff is very friendly.

I don't like to give negative reviews but in this case I must be honest. Yes, the staff was very nice and the location is walking distance to the ferry. The story begins in the lobby with dark furnishings that have seen better days. Our room continues the tale. Linens and mattress were absolutely antique, many years old. The carpet...
