We stayed here this week as part of a family trip. My elderly grandmother had a wheelchair and the staff were very accommodating, storing it away for us. Staff were very helpful at all times and the hotel was clean and pleasant. We did not eat in the restaurant but the breakfast was top class with a great selection! The...

My daughter and I stayed at this beautiful hotel for a couple of days in April this year. The thing that I most remember were the wonderful breakfasts and the comfortable guest lounge. The bar was staffed by very helpful and pleasant barmen. The only thing I didn't really like was the distance from the main street...quite a hike when you...

The entrance hall has clearly had a recent refurb as was very nice to walk into. The decor in our room was a little dated and many of the bathroom tiles were chipped. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. We also visited the bar which was also very nice. The hotel provide white company toiletries however...

Yes, a good hotel, clean, well appointed with helpful staff. My only criticism would be that my room had no view other than a concrete space and was quite dark. As I was traveling alone, unfortunately one come to expect not to get the best rooms. The foyer was excellent and the lounge though smallish was comfortable and welcoming.

The hotel was ok food was ok generally all ok BUT I visited the bar on two separate occasions, on Wednesday night there was a cabaret on and the bar was busy however the lady behind the bar was efficient courteous and friendly. The same cannot be said for my visit on Thursday evening when I met the large bearded...

Excellent service from staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Easy walk into centre.Local people friendly and helpful. Good food and excellent entertainment.we travelled by ferry with car. Very usefully but bus trips are great value. We were there for Liberation Day . Very moving ceremony. There are plenty of places to eat and great variety of choices. .

Nice hotel although room was very small and stuffy looking out over a flat roof. No worries as we were only there overnight. Room had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and towels were generous. Nice toiletries too. Breakfast was a disappointment. Absolutely no service. Not even for tea or coffee. I don't mind a buffet breakfast but expect, at...

We had a terrific evening there at the end of April. The service, wine and food were first class. The friendly staff attended quickly and with expert advice. We will certainly return soon for further family celebrations and meeting up with friends.

If there is a better place to stay in St Helier they would have to work miracles. We booked this for 40th wedding anniversary and had a tremendous week. The room (94) was at the rear with a view over the pool was very comfortable and serviced to perfection everyday. We stayed on a B&B basis and the variety and...

Still confused by this hotel. Fresh flowers in foyer, crisp white bedinen, gorgeous main staircase but then horrid ugly old furniture. Rather tepid cooked breakfast in vast rather cold room. We had a balcony overlooking the fire station and main road but it was quiet at night...but I gather it will be a building site for the next few years.
