The two highlights of this hotel are the staff and the location, both are fantastic. Beyond that, the breakfasts and dinners were lovely, the room along with the rest of the hotel was beautifully clean and comfortable. I cannot wait for my next visit.

The location of the Hotel is quite remote, but the local bus service is brilliant especially if you don't have any transport, the bus stop is a couple of minutes down the road. The location of the hotel is on the edge of the cliffs, but the views are fantastic. The hotel is lovely ,very clean and nice rooms with nice big beds and very...

I loved that this hotel was not absolutely state of the art. It had character, it was absolutely beautifully cleaned and most of all was full to the brim with happy staff. The location is simply magical, with what feels like its own private bay. The breakfasts are Delish and staff even remembered our tea and coffee orders! We hired...

This is the third time we have stayed here and we keep coming back for the views and the staff! This time we stayed here for 6 days with our two young boys (7 and 3) and found the hotel fantastic. The staff were very attentive and couldn't do enough for us. We all loved the pool and sat outside...

Another visit to Highlands Hotel, and was not disappointed. Stayed in yet a different room, and they just keep getting better. Views over St Ouens Bay, which meant we got to view the beautiful sunsets. Plenty of choice for breakfast and the evening menu was very relaxed. Great place to stay to explore the island, whether, walking driving or using...

Stayed at this hotel for two nights while hiking in Jersey. Nice view of sea and cliffs, small adjacent pool and nice dining room with good basic breakfast. Single room was small and very basic. Perhaps larger rooms are better, but there was nothing outstanding about the hotel on the whole.

The Highlands totally lives up to its great trip advisor rating. Really clean rooms and hotel. Lovely staff. The shower was a bit crap but that would be the only negative. Fab location, lots of lovely walks nearby. Would go again! Will bring the kids next time too.

Beautiful location, attentive staff. This hotel is superb. It may only be three star, but has give star service. The rooms were well laid out and spotlessly clean. The pool area was fantastic, plenty of space and loungers, complimentary towels available to use. It has a good location near corbiere and the beautiful beach of St ouens. There is a...

I returned for the 4th year on the run last month with my son and family - once again the service from all of the staff was amazing - with the bar manager even coming to pick myself and my sister up when we couldn't get a taxi after a night out in St Aubins - 5* service! Would definitely...

OK lets get Mr Elephant out of the room. This hotel is not brand spanking new and does creak in places. It will probably fall short of Hyacinth Bouquet's Bucket list but who cares. We had a fantastic couple of days helped by wonderful weather. The location is as good as any we have stayed in. Perched on a cliff...
