Stayed here recently looking for a quiet weekend. The only good thing to say about it was that the food was pretty good. The bed was the most uncomfortable that I have ever tried to sleep in which was impossible to do as the springs were sticking through the matrass even with 2 duvets and 2 blankets under us. Our... I stayed here with my husband and 2 children. We arrived at hotel at 5:30pm. It didnt look like what i expected it to be from the outside, its supposed to be a 4 star hotel i thought (?) - this could not be true. It seemed like there was some sort of a function going on there and a... More

NOT Satisfied. ” When there was a problem, there was nice staff that resolved it quickly. Also the nice man at the checkin who changed my room, thank you, it helped make our stay better, and also Rebecca the waitress at breakfast was amazing and welcoming, even though the cooked breakfast was not great. The continental breakfast was nice. My... More

Avarage standard. We had a room in a building beside a main one. Staff was nice, meal as well but I think hotel needs a bit of renewal. It's also good spot to stay if you're going for shopping to Kildare Village.

Check in was great...lovely lady in reception. Bar staff again very good. Went to the dining room for dinner and this was our one mistake... I had the confit of duck and it was very overcooked along with the jus that was too reduced. The vegetables if they had been left a minute longer would have been perfect. My husband... More

When we got there it looked like a complete dump and we wondered what we had for ourselves into but as soon as you walk into the door it's so so nice. Their internet had gone down when we got there so they hadn't been able to access their bookings and only had one room left to put us in...the... More

We ate here recently and the dinner was fab! My boyfriend always gets well done steak and usually gets a bad piece of beef just because he wants it well done but in maudlins he got a proper good bit of beef for a change minus the fat! I got a delicious stir fry! Will definitely return and recommend.

On the outside it gives the impression of a tied old hotel, but once you set into the reception you are then met with a open airy reception, pleasant staff. Our room was spacious clean. We pop to the bar for a drink and stayed for food. The food was lovely. Next morning my partner requested a ham omelette and... More
