Brenda is very kind and friendly with a cup of tea and snack when we arrived. The room was on the small size but nice, well appointed and very clean. The pillows could have been a bit fluffier. Breakfast was tasty and well prepared and we loved the French Press coffee in the morning. It was a pleasant stay in...

The owners Brenda and Michael were the warmest, friendliest and knowledgable folks I have ever met anywhere. The place is beautiful, the rooms great size, the food was incomparable and the ambience was unbeatable. Their pastures filled with cows and friendly dogs made walking outside as enjoyable. They were always asking if there was anything we needed. We stayed 4...

My friend and I booked three nights at this B&B, having never been to Ireland before. We didn't have a vehicle so we took a cab there from Galway City. We messed up and I definitely recommend having a vehicle if you want to stay here. Kinvara, while a lovely place, is rural and getting around without a vehicle presents...

Clareview House is a lovely working farm owned by the same family for 4 generations. The large stately house is 250 years old (but looks new!), and it is beautifully furnished and decorated. The hostess is welcoming and made us feel at home. The cooked to order breakfasts were really good and served with home-made breads and jams. This is...

- Brenda and Michael are very warm and caring hosts. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived till we reluctantly had to leave. - Superb breakfast. Although her help was ill during our stay, we had a wonderfull Irish breakfast, with strong coffee, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and of course spectacular home-made scones. There were pancakes with honey and...

My mother, three sisters and I spent three days here in mid-May and had a wonderful experience! Brenda and Michael were such gracious hosts, treated us like queens, and made us feel like we had known them for a long time. (Even their dogs were friendly and welcoming!) At breakfast on the morning of our last day, they presented our...

The Clareview House was nothing short of amazing. The room was quaint and perfect for us! Brenda is an outstanding hostess. She gave great recommendations and directions too! Her scones are out of this world! There is plenty to do within a short driving distance from this location. Can't wait for our return trip!

Arrived as strangers and left as if one of the family!! All our needs catered for, directions as to where to eat ('The Pier' in Kinvara was an excellent suggestion by Brenda). We met some lovely people at Clareview over breakfast. Wonderful - Can't wait to return !!!

This was the fourth opportunity for my wife and I to be a “B&B” guest. We went through the Irish B&B Official Web site to make sure that we only stayed at certified and rated locations while in Ireland. We found the Clareview House B&B to be margional at best. The farm was quite nice, as well as the farm...
