The hostel is situated on one of the most western islands off the west coast of Ireland. Ferries to & from Inishbofin are frequent during the Easter - October period and a daily bus runs from Galway city to Cleggan; the small ferry port.
This is an old-fashioned hostel, but in a beautiful location-so if you are lucky with the weather it's great. Nice picnic benches outside to eat on, good kitchen with lots of fridge and shelf space and all the utensils you need.
