This was our second stay here. The staff are lovely and the food and breakfast was very nice. Our room was clean but would be lovely to see the furniture getting an update. We found our room 311 nice and quiet. Will definitely stay again. It's a short walk to the shopping centre and restaurants.

First time to Dublin, hotel recommended by Superbreak. Was outside of Dublin City Centre but 5 mins from the LUAS line (direct tram line straight to the city centre) approx 35 mins journey time. Hotel had plenty of options to eat - Grumpys Bar (excellent food) Olive Tree Restaurant (lovely self service breakfasts cereals, toast, fruits, yogurts & cooked English) Also...

Stayed here for four days both business and pleasure. Good value. Rooms are a bit dated. But the location makes up for this. The restaurants on location are great and the bar downstairs is reasonably priced and great fun.

The hotel is nice and well located. I've seen other reviews in which they complained about noise, so I asked for a quiet room and did not hear a thing. However, I'm aggrieved at the situation with the internet. If you want to use the wifi then you are obliged to sign up with a data mining company. You have...

My wife and I spent two nights here in January on a DBB package. We were very happy with the comfortable room and our two dinners in the Olive Tree restaurant were an experience.A small menu but with many very interesting dishes.Breakfast also was plentiful. The free parking ,handiness to the Luas and the shopping centre are all big pluses.

Our room on the 2nd floor was spacious with a large double and twin beds. Couldn't fault it really. Staff were lovely. Overall the hotel needs redecorating. No pool. The bar food was reasonable and nice however with children aged 11 and 12 it would have been nice to sit in the bar on our way in one night however...

The Olive Tree Restaurant at the Plaza Hotel is one of Dublin's Hidden Gems. Food is pan-European, with many interesting flavours from Southern and Eastern Europe. Various menus are available, and best of all, for the quality and the service added, it is relatively inexpensive. i

Stayed for a weekend with family members, one of whom was in a wheelchair. All the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming from reception staff to breakfast service staff. Oxana in reservations was exceptional and dealt with all our booking queries with ease - nothing was too much trouble for her. Hotel was very nice in a good location that...

2 girlfriends joined me for a Dublin weekend. We couldn't afford to stay in town so the Plaza was chosen despite the 40 minute LUAS ride into the city centre. The rooms were ok, a little tired but clean & comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant was superb. The staff & the food was excellent. Big downside, however, was the Friday...
