The balance between experiencing a helpful, accommodating staff and being an independent come-and-go visitor is well kept here. Lovely hospitality, stunning views of MacSweeney's Bay, and terrific breakfasts! Castle Murray was perfect in every way for our three night stay. Yes you can! They have a helicopter landing area since the Celtic tiger boom. Don't imagine it's used much these days but they do have one. Sorry if the late reply
