Booked a 1 night family break, check in was awful, arrived at 12 as requested an early check in, was told room would be ready within the hour, checked back again 1 1/2 hrs later, to be told check in wasn't untill 4pm. Argued my case and finally got our room over 2hrs after arriving. Room extremely dated, not sure...

Booked this hotel 3 months ago and when we arrived they could not find our booking, it took more then 25 minutes to check in and we weren't the only people waiting. To our shock the room was dirty, no iron, no mini fridge, no soap, no shampoo,no safe etc. These are the things you expect in a 4 star...

No staff in bar during the day, ripped leather in bar seats, no extra wee soaps, shampoos etc that you expect in 4* hotels, not even soap in swimming pool showers. Our room had an old 1980s box TV. The flooring in our room was very old and out-dated. I'm very disappointed. The jacuzzi was very warm, cocktails in bar...

Booked 3 nights here, left after 40 minutes. When we arrived it took over 20 minutes to check-in, then we were asked to pay in full. The room was dirty, the beds poorly made, the furnishings were in bad order. The room overlooked back yards & an overgrown area, not a pleasant view, The hotel information pack was covered in...

We thought we got a good deal but, a deal is not a deal if you get nothing of value. Not worth a penny. Awful in every way. Needs a total overhaul. Spoke to management and was offered a free night...a nice touch, however, I honestly would not stay here again...even for free.
