There was some dirty stain on the wall of our semi private room. We've paid 7$ US for this and didn't have a shower. There was just a plastic garbage full of water and a bowl in it to wash yourself with. The Wi Fi was really bad, often the connection just shut down. For 7$US in Leon we had...

Stayed here for one night in June, 2015. After waking up in the morning we discovered a bed bug crawling across our laptop screen. Luckily neither of us had any bad bites or scratching. When we showed the owner/manager, he looked very concerned and gave us our money back, which we had prepaid for one more night, but no refund...

This place could do a lot better. It has a nice big courtyard which makes a great hangout for guests. But the rooms are uninviting, they felt unclean and were really basic. At night it was really noisy as some guests played music until late. The internet was good though, and the room was cheap (7 dollar). Location is good...

Upon arriving to this hostel (when our chosen one was full) we were immediately accosted by the hostel owner ("Nelson Mandela"). The rooms were spacious but dark and overpriced (though towels were provided). The fan was deafening and we have slept through parties. We were shown around town (slightly against our will) by nelson; who claimed to be christian but...

Very dark and uninviting. The room was expensive for what it was, and had no windows. Could not get Internet in room and in lobby was far too slow to do much other than send emails. The shower was warm, would have been better if it was hotter. Bed was comfortable. General clean but under the beds were not that...
