Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Please accept my apology for your inconvenience at our hotel. Our front desk person would have offered you another room in another section of the hotel if you had told them of the smoke smell.

We stayed 2 nights. Was in walking distance to everything had to be in Knoxville Monday morning and it was peaceful clean friendly staff start your day breakfast like cereal and rolls and muffins and juice and coffee

My husband and I stayed one night here and was not disappointed. It was cheaper than most hotels in the area and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean and had moderate updates. A continental breakfast was served, but Cracker Barrel is next door...More

If you're looking for a clean, friendly place this is it. Just off I-75, within walking distance of good food. Pet and smoker friendly if required. Outdoor pool. Short drive to Knoxville, Cumberland mountains, and Norris Dam State Park. Accessible for people of all abilities....More
