This hotel is very conveniently located in Downtown Knoxville. It was just a few blocks to Market Square and the University of Tennessee. It was mostly clean, but the shower tiles needed attention. We came back from a busy day to find that our room had not been made up. They sent someone after we called the desk, but it...

Beautiful hotel, looks like it's possibly newly built. Very clean and well decorated, surrounded by a suburban type residential area.. Huge downside is paying for parking, but it's all garaged, hotel accessible and secure, so can't really complain. The rooms we had was beautiful, we stayed in a standard king room and it was roomy and comfortable for two people....

I come to Knoxville with my family 2 times a year for travel sports at UT campus. We like to be close to the University...which this hotel is...however, this one was not family friendly. No pool, no free breakfast, no fridge in the room, the lobby was a ghost town on a Saturday evening at 4:45 - lounge not even...

This is actually one of the best hotels I have stayed in recently. This hotel is clean and modern, not even the slightest must or offensive odor. I would highly recommend this location to family and friends. Everything was in order with the room, no complaints there. The only reason this location does not get a 5 point rating is...

We stayed here on the Fourth of July and there was a very nice festival right across the street! Everyone was very nice and the room was beautiful aside from the carpet could use some updating. We did not use room service. They do charge 10 dollars to park your car there. They seemed to have plenty of parking and...

Upon arrival we had the choice of self parking or valet parking. We choose self parking and parked on the upper level right next to the lobby door. You can also park in the lower parking garage under the building. $10/night for self parking since it's a downtown location. We checked in for our 2 night stay (Friday & Saturday...

The rooms are rather small, nothing special. I ordered breakfast from room service, it was not edible. The staff was nice and friendly. The amenities were few, no pool or spa. I would probably not choose this hotel again.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Just couple minutes from many restaurants at the UT campus. Hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is better than other hotels since you can ride the elevator straight to the floor for your room. This is going to be my hotel of choice for my annual Knoxville trip.

This was a quick overnight stay and used this hotel as I am a SPG member. I was greeted by a very nice young man at the valet, and the staff upon check-in was friendly. The room was clean as was the bathroom. All I want while travelling is a clean bed and bathroom and I got it here!

Stayed here 6/12/15 on our way to Florida, arrived around 5pm. Our room was ready at arrival and checkin went smoothly. Parking was not a problem, practically parked right outside the door. Room was clean and furnishings in good repair, lots of towels and toiletries. We decided to try the restaurant for dinner since we were tired from driving all...
